About

My approach is collaborative, focused on developing a therapeutic partnership where complex life issues can be faced, goals identified, and steps taken towards the future.

For over 30 years, my work has focused on helping people identify their needs and learn to share them with others. After receiving a BA at Northwestern University and working with Fortune 500 companies and non-profits for decades, I earned my MSW from the Silberman School of Social Work. I have since worked in various clinical settings, including a domestic violence shelter serving survivors with disabilities and a counseling program at a NYC public school. More recently, I worked as a staff therapist at a community clinic supporting individuals facing a wide range of mental health concerns.

I am a licensed LCSW, trained in relational, psychodynamic therapy as well as DBT, CBT, EMDR and other healing-related therapies.
